Spring in Niagara

After a long, cold winter it’s so great to be seeing some hints of spring around Niagara. It’s a great place to be in the spring, with all of the blossoms coming up and it feels like the region is coming alive again.

Here are some great things to do in the spring.

Visit the Niagara Floral Showhouse

The Floral Showhouse has recently changed over their indoor displays to reflect the spring vibes outside. Also, it’s when the blossoms outside start to bloom.

Take a ride on the Hornblower

This is a chance to take a trip on one of Niagara’s most popular attractions before tourist season is in full swing. The Hornblower should be opening sometime in May. It’s the perfect opportunity to see the Falls from up close!

Tour the Wineries

Since it’s so nice out, it’s a great time to go winery hopping. Niagara has endless wineries (and breweries!) throughout the region to choose from. Stop in for a glass of wine and sit out on the patio.

Hit up some Events

There are a ton of events taking place in Niagara in the springtime, including Graze the Bench, Get Fresh in the Valley, The Homegrown Wine Festival, and more!
